Sam Walker is a 2007 graduate of The London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) - one of the leading establishments in its field in the UK. Sam is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM).
Laura Howell graduated with a 2:1 BSC honours degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences before beginning a career as a Health Adviser and Exercise Physiologist at the BUPA Wellness Centre in Kings Cross, London. In 2015 Laura qualified with the London School of Sports Massage as a Sport and Remedial Soft Tissue Massage Therapist, attaining a BTEC level 5 Diploma – the highest qualification in the field. Laura is also affiliated with Crystal Palace Football Club, performing weekly sports massage to their first team players. .
Adam Riley has an ITEC Diploma Level 3 in Sports Massage and is currently studying a masters in Osteopathy at the London School of Osteopathy.He also has 20 years experience as a professional musician. Being a professional musician challenges many aspects of muscle fatigue that could, and often do, lead to injury and postural discomfort. Adam is also a keen footballer and golfer and fully understands the muscle injuries involved with many different sports and activities.As a parent, he understands only too well the benefits of Sports Massage as most injuries sustained by parents and carers are back and shoulder strains.
Jessica Frankland is a graduate of St Marys Twickenham with a level 4 qualification in Sports Massage and has also attended courses in Taping and Strapping. When not in clinic with us, Jessica is competing for Beckenham swimming Club at British National Level, putting in over 20 hours training per week. So she knows how a sports person should feel!
