Jonathan specialises in Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Sports Podiatry. He qualified in 2016 at the University of Southampton, graduating with first class honours. In each year of University Jonathan obtained the Dean's List Award for Outstanding Achievement. He currently holds a Specialist NHS post in MSK for Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in Greenwich and at Queen Mary’s Hospital.
As a podiatrist, Jonathan is qualified to assess and manage problems of the foot and ankle. He has a strong interest in sporting injury, particularly in endurance athletes such as runners and triathletes and has worked with elite athletes as part of the London Marathon medical team and with ultra-marathon runners and walkers at the Action Challenge ultra-marathon events. Jonathan has completed a post-graduate certificate in podiatric sports medicine at the Queen Mary University London, graduating with distinction in 2019.
Jonathan gained membership of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2020. He is a member of the College of Podiatry and is HCPC registered.
In his spare time Jonathan enjoys playing tennis, skiing, cycling and will be found playing football for the mighty Balham Badgers every Sunday!
