SPORTS NUTRITION WITH KATE SHILLAND AND WILL SCUDDER

 

Kate offers a consultancy service, which involves an initial meeting to conduct nutrition and lifestyle evaluations and carry out body composition analyses and collect anthropometric data. 

 

Clients then complete a 3 day food diary for nutritional analysis.   Based upon this analysis, an individual nutrition plan is developed, which is also tailored around body composition, activity levels and agreed health objectives.

Whether you are a high level athlete or enjoy working out as part of a healthy lifestyle, the food you eat is vital to your performance and overall health.
