SPORTS NUTRITION WITH KATE SHILLAND

 

Kate offers a consultancy service, which involves an initial meeting to conduct nutrition and lifestyle evaluations and carry out body composition analyses and collect anthropometric data. 

 

Clients then complete a 3 day food diary for nutritional analysis.   Based upon this analysis, an individual nutrition plan is developed, which is also tailored around body composition, activity levels and agreed health objectives.

 

There will be weekly follow-up support for the first 3 weeks and at agreed intervals thereafter.  During these sessions, Kate also offers advice and education on food labelling and menu adaptations and can accompany clients on food shopping trips if required.

 

As body composition changes, the plan is adapted accordingly.
