Sports massage involves hands-on manipulation of muscles, tendons and ligaments and can benefit anyone recovering from a soft tissue injury or trying to prevent one. You don’t have to be an athlete to feel the benefit though.

Our sports massage team work very closely with our Osteopaths and Physiotherapists and we often combine therapies to maximise patient out-come.
