Professional Info
Kate is a registered Performance Nutritionist with an MSc in Sports Nutrition and over 12years’ experience of working with athletes of all ages, across all levels from recreational to world champions. She helps them to understand the link between nutrition, health & performance.
In addition to her MSc, Kate is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and has a background in working with young offenders; skills and experience that have proved effective in helping to motivate clients to achieve their goals.
Kate’s strength is in her ability to communicate nutrition science in a user-friendly way and understand clients’ individual needs in order to develop plans that are realistic and sustainable and that get long term results.
There is so much nutrition misinformation around so a large part of her consultations is education; helping clients learn how to fuel better so that they can confidently make informed decisions about what they’re eating, when and why; whatever their goals may be.
Getting your nutrition right makes a big difference to how you feel, perform and recover and, more importantly, to your general health and well-being.
In addition to her role at Pureform Clinic, Kate is Head of Academy Nutrition at Crystal Palace Football Club and is Crystal Palace Women’s Team Nutritionist, she also runs a consultancy specialising in providing nutrition education to schools and young athletes.
