About Nik
Nik is an osteopath with a strong focus on rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. His approach combines osteopathic treatment with progressive exercise rehabilitation, aiming to build long-term confidence, resilience and physical capacity.
Nik has worked as a personal trainer for over 13 years and has five years’ experience providing sports massage. His extensive background in exercise and competitive Olympic weightlifting has given him a detailed understanding of strength development, movement mechanics, training demands and the challenges involved in returning to high-level physical performance.
Whilst working with patients of different ages and activity levels, Nik has a particular interest in managing sports injuries, supporting patients following surgery and helping people progress from pain and early-stage rehabilitation back into meaningful exercise, sport and competition. He is especially passionate about using objective strength testing and structured rehabilitation to guide treatment and measure progress.
Nik believes that effective rehabilitation should go beyond reducing symptoms. His goal is to help patients understand their condition, regain confidence in movement and develop the strength and physical capacity required for long-term recovery and performance.
