About
Rachel has 13 years’ experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, working with a range of people from athletes to those with longstanding health conditions. She holds a First Class degree in physiotherapy from King’s College London. She is an APPI qualified pilates instructor (with a speciality in scoliosis) and has trained as a women’s health and Mummy MOT practitioner.
Rachel uses soft tissue therapy, manual therapy and acupuncture. She has experience treating a variety of women’s health issues, including antenatal pain, post-natal pelvic floor and diastases issues, stress and urge urinary incontinence and prolapse.
Outside of work, Rachel spends her time with her two young children and enjoys yoga and pilates.
