As a Sports Nutritionist, Will’s main goal is to support performance-driven individuals to achieve their health and performance goals, with the use of evidence-based nutrition strategies that are backed by the latest research. Optimal nutrition strategies have the potential to enhance performance, recovery, health and longevity, as well as reduce the risk of injury or illness. There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition as every individual is different and has nutritional needs that are unique to them, based on a number of factors. Will is committed to working closely with clients to develop bespoke, personalised nutrition plans that are simple and easy to follow and tailored to their specific goals, training and lifestyle.
